U.S. and South Korea Condemn North Korea-Russia Military Cooperation

Blinken expressed appreciation to Foreign Minister Cho for South Korea's ongoing support of Ukraine.


Both officials agreed to maintain collaboration in addressing the intricate and changing security issues posed by North Korea, as well as in promoting peace and stability in the South China Sea.
