A Few Thoughts
I would love to wish all the incredible women a truly Happy International Women's Day.

It’s not an easy time for us — we know that. Some might say, "Nothing comes easy... But who wants nothing, right?”
As a former athlete, I was raised with that mindset. With the years, I’ve learned that not every battle is worth fighting, but the one for our dignity, recognition, and well-being is one we must never give up on. For ourselves, for those who came before us, and for those who will come after us.
On this International Women's Day, may we find strength to continue supporting, encouraging, and empowering one another. The future is what we demand it to be — may we remain gracious and resilient, empowered and empowering, and always true to ourselves.
Happy Women’s Day, dearest.
