Trump–FBI Dir. Patel Briefing: Sharp Claims on India, Iran–Pakistan, Ukraine

President Trump said PM Narendra Modi “assured him today that India won’t be buying any oil from Russia.” We have not seen corroborating reports.Trump also claimed he “resolved” Iran–Pakistan tensions with tariffs — that’s not true.On Ukraine: “They want to go offensive. I’ll make a determination on that … we’ll have to make a determination.”

He added: “STOP killing ‘Ukraines’ and STOP killing Russians,” addressing Putin.

He called for a review of Georgia’s 2020 votes: “I won it the second time too.”On Venezuela, asked why he authorized CIA action, Trump said the U.S. faces migrants from “prisons [and] mental institutions, insane asylums …”

On Sen. Schumer: “I think he’s losing IQ points with time …” and claimed a New York project Schumer “worked 20 years to get … is terminated.”

He thanked Stephen Miller asking him to share what’s on his mind — “Maybe not his truest feelings. That might be going a little too far” — jabbed the “No Kings” rallies (“very few people are gonna be there”), talked about “looking into more political opponents,” and described himself as “essentially a chief legal officer.”
